"Free $100 Giveaway" Rules

Rules:
• No purchase necessary in order to win. Making a purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
• The "Free $100 Giveaway" game is sponsored by Simply Trackable DBA.
• The purpose of the "Free $100 Giveaway" game is to encourage you to visit participating businesses (advertisers) in your local area.
• The prize offered is $100.
• Odds of winning vary based on the number of game cards distributed during a participating mailing.
• When a participating game card mailing is occurring, a minimum of one(1) original, secure, winning game card will be distributed with all non-winning game cards within a sponsor-determined geography.
• The original, secure, winning game card(s) will be inserted reasonably-randomly into the stack of non-winning game cards during preparation for mailing.
• Game cards are distributed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) to routes selected by the advertisers and/or sponsors.
• No other methods of obtaining a game card are provided for.
• By participating in the "Free $100 Giveaway", you release releases the advertisers, sponsor, sponsor's vendors, and any related parties from any responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participating or receiving the prize.

To see if an original, secure game card is a winner:
1. Take the game card to a participating location.
2. Line up the half of the QR Code on the game card with the half of the QR Code at the participating location.
3. Scan the completed QR Code with your mobile device and go to the website detected.
4. If the link takes you to a webpage that indicates you are a winner, then congratulations, you are a winner!


• An original, secure, winning game card must be presented along with the winner's name, home address, phone, and email to collect any prize.
• Original, secure, winning game cards and winner's information must be sent to the sponsor at: Simply Trackable, Free $100 Giveaway, 1800 S Loop 288, Suite 396-169, Denton, TX 76205.
• A winner will not be considered to have won and will not be due or awareded any prize until and unless an original, secure, winning game card is presented to the sponsor and is verified to be an original, secure, winning game card by the sponsor.
• At the discretion of the sponsor, the prize will be awarded in person in cash, or by mail via cashier's check.
• All reporting and payments of any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
• By redeeming an original, secure, winning game card for any prize, the winner irrevocably agrees that advertisers and/or the game sponsor may use their name, likeness, and general locality information (e.g. city/state) to make available general information as the game winner(s).
• If an original, secure, winning game card is not presented within 3 months of the mailing date, the prize will not be awarded.
• "Free $100 Giveaway" may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues, fraud, etc...) at the discretion of the sponsor.

Eligibility:
• Open to U.S. residents, 18+ years old. Void where prohibited.
• You must live locally, as determined by the game sponsor, to the area being advertised to in order to be elligible to collect any prize.
• Employees and immediate relatives of the sponsor, sponsor's suppliers and vendors, and the USPS are inelligible to win.
